Made because it's really hard to find real unrestricted files-

It's PSD file, works best in Photoshop, but I checked and it can be used in Gimp as well. Remember, when it cames to saving, I think it's best to delete the layer at the bottom and save it in PNG format so it may be transparent. JPG will not be transparent, so don't save it in this format. PNG ONLY. Gif works as well, but quality became lower.
Of course, you don't need to bother yourself, it looks nice and without deleting last layer, as you may see on preview.

This stamp base is free for use for absolutely everything and anything you feel like, EXCEPT for redistributing it. I define free as 'does not require any effort on your part outside of making the actual stamp', rather than 'it's free as long as you link me to the final image and credit me and don't use it commercially or off of DeviantArt'.

Use them commercially! Use them in your comic! Use them in your novel! Use them on your head! Don't credit me if you don't want to! Don't show me if you're too lazy or think it's awful! (but I will fave what's done with my stocks and bases on DeviantArt.)

Additionally, you can use it outside dA without giving the credit! Just if somebody ask don't say you're cool and done it all by yourself, I think it's not to much to ask for
